ALLEN CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has announced a temporary I-69 on-ramp closure as part of ongoing construction.
INDOT released the following:
On Thursday, April 23, crews will close the on-ramp from eastbound U.S. 30/Goshen Road to northbound I-69 at or after 9 p.m. Pavement patching work will take place on U.S. 30/Goshen Road during this closure. Crews will reopen the ramp by 6 a.m. on Friday, April 24. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
During the closure, drivers needing to access northbound I-69 from eastbound U.S. 30/Goshen Road will need to seek an alternate route.
This temporary closure is part of an ongoing pavement improvement project taking place in Fort Wayne.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider safety for all by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when travelling in and around all work zones.
