WHITLEY CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Whitely County Sheriff’s Office says 31-year-old Emily Franks, a three-year-old boy, and a one-year-old girl were killed in a crash just after 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
Franks was northbound on State Road 9 when she lost control, went into the southbound lanes, and collided with another vehicle.
The driver of that vehicle was a 71-year-old man who suffered minor injuries. The investigation into the crash is still open.
