You can learn about all-things-cats on World Cat Day at the Zoo

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo is inviting guests to learn more about our feline friends and how we care for them on World Cat Day. It will be held Thursday,
August 8th, 2019 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. with fun and educational events.

World Cat Day will consist of 5 interactive stations throughout the Zoo, all of which highlight the species of cats at the Zoo and their zookeepers while providing interactive games and learning materials for children and their families. Activities include cat themed crafts, learning about how our zookeepers care for their species of cats, education about endangered cats and how to help them, and even a chance to thank a cat keeper for all they do.

World Cat Day activities are free with paid zoo admission.
