SULLIVAN CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana State Police (ISP) have arrested a 30-year-old woman from Shelburn for allegedly molesting a boy younger than 14.
Rachel Martin is held in the Sullivan County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond. She was arrested on Monday.
ISP officials released the following:
Indiana State Police initiated a criminal investigation after receiving information that a male, under the age of 14, had been molested.

The investigation revealed that Rachel L. Martin, age 30, of Shelburn, Indiana, allegedly molested a male under the age of 14.
After reviewing the investigation, Sullivan County Prosecutor Ann Mischler, requested an arrest warrant for Martin. Sullivan County Superior Court granted an arrest warrant on August 21, 2023. Martin was arrested yesterday by Trooper Bill Clark of the Putnamville State Police Post without incident. She is currently being held in the Sullivan County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
