FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Greater Fort Wayne Inc. says the Leadership 2.0 program is adapting to meet the needs of current and aspiring leaders. Starting in February, the program will be offered as a monthly workshop series, providing cutting-edge leadership training with more flexibility for busy professionals.
The rebooted Leadership 2.0 will continue teaching the tools and techniques that help participants more confidently lead, regardless of their position in an organization. The new workshop format brings more options—participants can drop in for a single session or attend the entire series.
“We’re opening up Leadership 2.0 to be more customizable, more fast-paced, and more user-friendly,” said Barry Schrock, director of leadership programs at GFW Inc. “Participants can choose the training they need, get targeted instruction in as short as a 90-minute session, then take that knowledge right back to their teams and start making a real difference right away. That’s how we help people, businesses, and our community reach their full potential.”
Topics covered include:
- Strengths-Based Leadership.
- How to Be a Super Connector / How to Make Impactful Connections.
- Public Speaking 101 – How to Deliver a Presentation and Steal the Show.
