Holcomb extends emergency order through Memorial Day

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana is not going to get back to normal for at least another month.

On Thursday, Governor Eric Holcomb extended the state’s coronavirus emergency order until Memorial Day. The governor ended the state’s mask mandate last month, but many cities and counties still have their mask requirements in place.

The new order keeps some limits on businesses, but mainly it forces them to provide for coronavirus safety measures.

The governor says the state isn’t quite there yet.
