(ADAMS) – The Colts are in need of a new starting quarterback.
General manager Chris Ballard said during the NFL’s annual meeting that Indianapolis is considering all options to fix the position. He also confirmed that the search for a new signal caller will include consideration of Baltimore Ravens star Lamar Jackson.
The Ravens used the nonexclusive franchise tag on Jackson, but the quarterback is free to negotiate with outside teams.
