OSCEOLA, Ind. (ADAMS) – The St. Joseph County Police Department has issued a statewide Silver Alert as they try to find an 84-year-old woman. Ann Forsgren is from Osceola and is five feet tall, weighs 144 pounds, is white, and has gray hair and blue eyes. She was last seen around 11 a.m. Monday is in a tan sunhat, white blouse, and black pants, and is believed to be in extreme danger. Forsgren may also need medical assistance.

The St. Joseph County Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Ann Marie Forsgren, a 84 year old White Female, 5 feet tall, 144 pounds, Gray hair with Blue eyes, last seen wearing a Tan Sunhat, White Blouse, and Black Pants.
Ann is missing from Osceola, Indiana which is 148 miles North of Indianapolis and was last seen on May, 25th, 2026 at approximately 11:00 AM. She is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
