INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana high school seniors have a deadline of next Wednesday, April 15th to complete their Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA, paperwork.
The Indiana Commission for Higher Education says just 45 percent of all seniors have completed the FAFSA as of April 2nd.
55 percent met the deadline last year and another five percent finished the application by June 30th to be eligible for collegiate financial aid.
If a senior misses the April 15th deadline, they can opt out of it to graduate high school.
