FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Fort Wayne Police Department says that complaints of “lewd activities” led to a targeted operation at Lindenwood Nature Preserve and Swinney Park on Friday.
The FWPD says that the following individuals are now facing charges:
34-year-old Gage Atkinson
36-year-old Julio Guerra
63-year-old Glenn Phillips
72-year-old Mason Arnold
Each faces a preliminary charge of public indecency.
The FWPD released the following:
In response to community complaints, detectives conducted proactive patrols in Lindenwood Nature Preserve and Swinney Park West to address reports of lewd activity. The operation took place between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., during daylight hours when other park visitors, including families, were present. The following individuals were arrested:
Lindenwood Nature Preserve:
Suspect Arrested: Gage Raymond Scott Atkison (M/W/34)
Preliminary Charges: Public Indecency and open container in vehicle Suspect Arrested: Julio Guerra (M/H/36)
Preliminary Charges: Public Indecency Swinney Park West:
Suspect Arrested: Glenn Allen Phillips (M/W/63)
Preliminary Charges: Public Indecency (Prior Conviction), Possession of Cocaine
Suspect Arrested: Mason One Arnold (M/W/72) Preliminary Charges: Public Indecency
