INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – The former U.S. Senate campaign of Governor Mike Braun is suing its ex-treasurer.
Travis Kabrick is described in the lawsuit as “grossly negligent”. He is accused of destroying files, improperly reporting loans and transactions to the Federal Election Commission, and failing to respond to the campaign after he abruptly quit.
The lawsuit also alleges Braun and the campaign suffered reputational damage from Kabrick’s work, which they say caused “grave losses of political and financial support worth thousands, possibly millions, of dollars.”
