HUNTINGTON, Ind. (ADAMS) – A 24-year-old Huntington County man is charged with neglect of a dependent, aggravated battery, and domestic battery in the death of a baby last fall. Oliver Young of Lagro was arraigned Monday on the charges.
The baby was declared brain dead on November 2nd, with the cause of its death determined to be trauma caused by shaking a baby.
Young is in the Huntington County Jail on a $150,000 bond.
