INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – State lawmakers are working to keep CPR and AED requirements for schools. House Bill 1004 faced backlash for trying to repeal some of the AED law passed last year. The measure is a deregulation bill addressing several issues.
After the criticism, the Indiana House Education Committee approved an amendment to the proposed legislation. The bill now advances to the full House.
