FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – A tentative agreement on a new contract has been reached between the ECHL and the Professional Hockey Players’ Association to end the strike that started Friday.
In Indiana, that means the Fort Wayne Komets and Indianapolis Ice will soon be back on the ice. The strike caused more than one Komets game to be postponed over the weekend.

The deal still needs to be ratified by the union and the ECHL Board of Governors.
