FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – In preparation for the upcoming school year, the Pontiac Street Market is once again hosting its popular Pack to School event on August 1, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 918 E. Pontiac St.
The Pontiac Street Market has announced its third Pack 2 School on Pontiac Street event on August 1, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 918 E Pontiac St. The community event is designed to help families prepare for the upcoming school year.
Pack to School offers the following FREE items and services on a first-come, first-serve basis:
- FREE Haircuts and Braiding services
- FREE food, snacks, and beverages
- Bounce Houses and games
- LIVE music to keep the atmosphere lively
- Community resources, vendors, and wraparound services
To take advantage of all that Pack to School offers, registration is required before the event. Onsite registration will be limited. Parents or guardians can find the registration below. Once at the event, adults will need to sign up for a free PS Perks membership, an exclusive loyalty program that brings additional benefits and savings to valued customers.
Parkview Health will be providing the youth free sports physical and required school immunizations.
