FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Workers for the U.S. Postal Service held a rally Sunday at the Allen County Courthouse.
Ken McNeill says the rally was not political and was meant to raise community awareness of the job they do. He told WANE-TV that they serve everyone and people should support their local post office.
It comes after thousands of cuts were proposed for the postal service. McNeill said they are working on joining a national protest this Sunday at 1 p.m. at the courthouse over the more political issues USPS is involved with.
