FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Hundreds of local kids will get to learn lessons of joy, creativity, and giving back this season with a returning event at the Boys & Girls Club of Fort Wayne.
They teamed up with One Eleven Design, MillerKnoll, and many community sponsors for the 2024 We Care event on December 4.
The idea is simple – to design, create and give. Over a dozen local groups, businesses, and design industry leaders came up with unique and festive crafts that the kids will then create at the event. Those will turn into thoughtful and heartfelt gifts for loved ones. Around 450 local kids will make the roughly 1,600 craft gifts at the annual “We Care” holiday event for at-risk children in Fort Wayne.
You can get in on the event, too, by voting on your favorite of the crafts that over 450 local kids will create and give as gifts this holiday season.
