FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Meridian Health Services is uniting its Fort Wayne team under one roof. Leaders will celebrate the growth of their Lake Avenue location with an open house from 1-3 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 16 at 2622 Lake Ave. A ribbon-cutting ceremony is slated for 1:30 p.m.
Previously, Meridian Health Services’ behavioral health team was based at 4646 W. Jefferson Blvd.

The team’s move to the Lake Avenue location puts the organization’s full Fort Wayne care team in a single location, offering primary medical care as well as behavioral health support for the whole family.
“Integrative care is a priority at Meridian Health Services locations,” said Lisa Suttle, VP of behavioral health services at Meridian Health Services. “The goal is to increase accessibility in a timely and cost-effective manner while building a quality relationship with the community and patients we serve.”
Based in Muncie, Meridian Health Services integrates physical, mental, and social well-being to help patients achieve their optimum health.

Henderson, VP of primary care at Meridian Health System. “Our team works directly with the patient and their caregivers to develop the best care plan to ensure our patients are healthy, educated, and provided the resources needed to live a healthy lifestyle.”
Members of the public are invited to attend the festivities on Aug. 16. Guests can enjoy light refreshments and tour the facility. Free behavioral health screenings and blood pressure screenings also will be offered.
