INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Governor Eric Holcomb and First Lady Janet Holcomb are mourning the loss of the first dog of Indiana. The family’s dog Henry died, according to an announcement Monday night. He was 13-years-old. Henry Holcomb had been the focus of a social media page documenting his experience as the top dog in the state.
In the statement, he says Henry “brought so much joy to Hoosiers young and old, two-legged and four-legged alike.” Indiana First Lady Janet Holcomb said they were “so lucky” to be his humans.
