On Nov. 8th, 2023 the Fort Wayne Police Department received a report of an adult male suspect who had followed a 12 year old male victim in and out of a bathroom at the library. Sometime later, the male suspect passed the victim a sexually explicit note asking him to engage in sexual activity. An investigation was initiated by Det/Sgt.
