FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) β We all love Halloween candy, but the wrappers can cause a great deal of waste.
The folks at Eco Fest want to help make Halloween more βgreenβ by offering a recycling opportunity for items that are not accepted in your home recycle bin.
