NEW CASTLE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb is granting clemency to a man convicted of dealing methamphetamine.
Tommy J. Alsman was convicted of the charge in 2019 and has been serving his sentence in the New Castle Correctional Facility.
He was set for release in February of 2024, but Holcomb is granting clemency because Alsman has an inoperable Stage 4 brain tumor.
An Executive Order was released this week.
