CARMEL, Ind. (ADAMS) – There are some new clues in the case of a missing Carmel woman. Ciera Breland’s cousin says text messages show that Breland was afraid of her husband.
She’s been missing since February, and police in both Indiana and Georgia are searching for her.
Breland’s husband, Xavier, is in jail in Georgia on charges of stalking and harassment in another case.
No one knows where Breland is. Breland’s cousin says they simply want to find her.
