FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – A suspect in a Fort Wayne murder is now in custody in Arkansas. Police say 31-year-old Tykwan Walker has been in custody in Green County, Arkansas for a while.
He’s now being held for transfer back to Indiana to face murder charges in the February 2021 killing of Heather Hobbs. He’d been on the run for months.
Fort Wayne Police say Hobbs wrote one of her friends and said if she died, it would be Walker that killed her. It’s not clear when Walker will be back in Indiana to face charges.
