FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – A Fort Wayne man who shot and killed a well-known community activist when he was 12 is heading back to prison. A judge yesterday sentenced Jamone Williams to 49 years in prison for child molestation.
Williams spent 14 years in prison for the 1998 murder of Fort Wayne community activist Prince Chapman.
Police say Williams assaulted a boy for nearly five years, ending back in 2019.
