INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Colts wide receiver Keenan Allen is facing preliminary OWI charges after being arrested in Indianapolis.
IMPD says officers began a traffic investigation shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday after seeing a vehicle parked in a no-parking zone.
Police say they noticed signs of intoxication and arrested Allen on preliminary misdemeanor charges of operating while intoxicated and operating while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of point-oh-eight or higher.
The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will make the final charging decision, and the Colts say they are gathering more information.
