FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Fort Wayne Police Department (FWPD) says a man was arrested after reportedly exposing himself in a Walmart parking lot in front of two children.
Police say they were called to the Walmart on Coldwater Road on Tuesday, July 21.
When officers arrived, they saw the man, 49-year-old Jose Antonio Quintana Torrejos, leaving in a vehicle.
Police say he was then arrested following a traffic stop. Police also said they observed him throwing a beer can out of his car window.
FWPD says the victims, a 12- and 17-year-old girl, identified Torrejos as the suspect in photos.

Details/Summary: On 7/21/26 FWPD officers responded to Walmart, 5311 Coldwater Road regarding a report of a male exposing and playing with himself in theparking lot. Officers responded and located the suspect leaving the scene in his vehicle. Officers initiated a traffic stop and investigated.
During the stop the suspect threw a beer can out of the window. During the follow-up investigation the victims a 12-year-old female and 17-year-old female both positively identified the suspect through photo array. The suspect has a previous conviction for public indecency. He was arrested and transported to lock-up.
