• “The 78th Emmy Awards” at 8:00 p.m. Eastern on NBC.  Mariska Hargitay is your host and Noah Kahan will perform during the In Memoriam segment.  The show will also include a “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” 30th anniversary tribute and a 50th anniversary tribute to “Charlie’s Angels”. (Nominees)

• The 57th season premiere of “Monday Night Football” at 8:15 p.m. Eastern on ABC and ESPN.  The Kansas City Chiefs host the Denver Broncos.

• A “Name That Tune” two-hour special at 8:00 p.m. on Fox.

• “Watch What Happens Live” at 9:00 p.m. on Bravo.  Andrew Garfield and Jamie Bell for their new movie “The Uprising”.

• “Hot Ones: Extra Heat” on Netflix. WWE wrestler CM Punk.

• The series premiere of “Adam’s Law” in syndication.  A reality court show starring Adam Levy, the son of “Judge Judy”.  (Trailer)
