ADAMS CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced restrictions on U.S. 27 for construction between Monroe and Decatur.
Starting on or after April 13, crews will be repaving both directions of U.S. 27 between U.S. 33 and 100 S. Work on the project is expected to be complete by the end of October. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
During construction drivers can expect alternating lane closures in both directions of U.S. 27. Drivers should use caution in the area and obey all posted signs.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider safety for all by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
