COLUMBUS, Ohio (ADAMS) – New work requirements are now in effect for thousands of SNAP recipients in Ohio.
The changes to the federal food program put it in place with the passage of President Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill”, which became active in the state yesterday. Officials with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services say they have improved their online portal to make submitting the new paperwork easier.
