INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles says the state’s new blackout license plate is a hit.
The BMV has sold over 100,000 of the black and white license plates so far.
Deputy commissioner of vehicle and credential policy Keri Washabaugh says, “Hoosiers have made it clear they love the blackout license plate,” and says it is raising “meaningful revenue” for the state.
