HBO is developing a TV series adaptation of V For Vendetta. The original comic, created by Alan Moore and illustrated by David Lloyd, debuted in 1982. It follows an anarchist named V who fights a fascist regime in a dystopian Britain. HBO has a history with comics-based TV projects, including major hits like The Penguin and Watchmen. V For Vendetta was also adapted into a film in 2005. (Story URL)

Meghan Markle will host a new holiday edition of her Netflix series titled With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration, premiering December 3rd. The program will feature Markle sharing her “seasonal tips and tricks.” The synopsis says, “Together, friends and family deck the halls, create holiday feasts, craft heartfelt gifts and share lots of laughs — and give you simple how-tos to follow at home.” (Story URL)

Nicole Kidman has joined the cast of The Young People, the newest film from director Osgood Perkins, known for Longlegs and The Monkey. Plot details are still currently under wraps. The film stars Lola Tung and Nico Parker, along with Brendan Hines, Cush Jumbo, Heather Graham, Johnny Knoxville, Lexi Minetree, Lily Collias, and Tatiana Maslany rounding out the ensemble. Kate Gosselin has confirmed her relationship with Steve Neild, her former bodyguard, through new Instagram and TikTok posts. The 50-year-old former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star shared two photos of herself and Neild on Nov. 8, writing, “My boyfriend😍” over the images. Fans quickly recognized Neild, who worked for the Gosselin family in 2009. She denied rumors of a past romance at that time. (Story URL)

The black wool hat worn by Margaret Hamilton as the Wicked Witch of the West in 1939’s The Wizard Of Oz will be auctioned on December 9th. The piece is expected to surpass its previous $2.93 million sale in 2024. Other Oz memorabilia include Judy Garland’s rehearsal ruby slipper, an organza blouse labeled with her name, and a signed copy of L. Frank Baum’s original book. (Story URL)
