GREENWOOD, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Texas-based convenience store and gas station chain Buc-ee’s is close to a deal to purchase 28 acres of land in Greenwood in Johnson County for their first Indiana location.
Indianapolis Business Journal reports the retailer is in “late-stage discussions” to buy at least one travel center in Indiana.
The site they are eying in Greenwood is off of Interstate 65 and East Worthsville Road. Buc-ee’s is also reported to be looking to open a second location in Boone County.
