FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Meridian Health Services is inviting residents to an open house on October 13 for its newest clinic, 2020 McKinnie Avenue, on the Village Premier campus in Fort Wayne.
Meridian says that its approach to health care includes specializing in the “whole person,” integrating care for the physical, mental, and social health of its patients.
Those services include routine medical care for all ages, integrated health services, treatment of chronic medical conditions, illness visits, therapy and counseling, psychiatry, routine physicals, vaccinations, wellness visits, pharmacy, case management, and more.
The open house runs from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. with a 1 p.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony, which will be attended by Fort Wayne elected officials and neighborhood representatives.

During the open house, residents will have the opportunity to meet the care providers, learn about the services available at the clinic, and enjoy free food.
