ALLEN CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) says that another I-69 ramp closure will go into effect on Tuesday.
The on-ramp at I-69 and State Road 14 (Illinois Road) will close as part of ongoing concrete restoration on the interstate.
Starting on or after September 2, crews will close the on-ramp from westbound S.R. 14/Illinois Road to southbound I-69. The closure is expected to last for approximately two weeks. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
INDOT released the following:
During the closure, drivers needing to access southbound I-69 from this location should head north on I-69, exit at the U.S. 30/Goshen Road exit (Exit 309B), and re-enter the interstate heading south. Motorists may also seek an alternate route.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider safety for all by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
