Garbage, recycling collection will get an early start during expected heat

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The City says that when temperatures are predicted to reach the 90s, GFL Environmental begins collecting garbage and recycling one hour earlier.

With high temperatures expected next week, and possibly in the weeks to come, the City of Fort Wayne is reminding residents to set out their garbage and recycling the evening before their collection day.
