WHITLEY CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – A 21-year-old man is charged with attempted murder for the shooting of Jayden Habegger in Whitley County on Saturday.
Horacio Castro denies being involved in the shooting that happened at a party.
Police say they have video evidence that shows Castro firing the shot that hit Habegger.
