ALLEN CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) says that another I-69 ramp will close for ongoing construction.
Starting on or after June 9, crews will close the on-ramp from northbound State Road 3/Lima Road to southbound I-69 as well as the off-ramp from southbound I-69 to southbound U.S. 27/Lima Road. Crews will be working on concrete patching and joint repair on the interstate. Work is expected to last for approximately two weeks. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
INDOT released the following:
During construction, drivers needing to head south on I-69 from northbound S.R. 3/Lima Road should head west on State Road 930 and utilize the on-ramp at Goshen Road. Drivers needing to head south on U.S. 27/Lima Road should continue south on I-69 and utilize the loop ramps at the Goshen Road exit to head north on the interstate and then exit I-69 at 311A. Drivers can also seek an alternate route.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider safety for all by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
