DEKALB CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) says that motorists should look out for ramp closures on I-69 near Auburn this weekend.
Starting on or after 6 p.m. on May 9, crews will close the northbound on and off ramps at Exit 326, C.R. 11A. Crews will be working on concrete patching in the driving lane on I-69. The ramps are expected to reopen by 7 a.m. on May 12. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
INDOT released the following:
During the closures, drivers needing to access C.R. 11A from northbound I-69 should continue north on I-69, use Exit 329 (State Road 8), re-enter I-69 heading south and then take Exit 326. Drivers needing to access northbound I-69 from C.R. 11A should head south on I-69, use Exit 317 (Union Chapel Road), and then re-enter I-69 heading north. Motorists may also seek an alternate route.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider safety for all by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
