INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita’s request to have an ethics complaint against him dismissed has been denied by the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission.
The commission issued a 44-page brief late last week that called Rokita’s request “procedurally improper” and “meritless.”
Rokita is facing a complaint for allegedly misleading the court. The commission says the matter “is not about politics” or his viewpoint, but “pertains to the integrity of the judicial system and the attorney disciplinary process.”
