WELLS CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Wells County Sheriff’s Office is trying to find 40-year-old Justin Walters, who was on active parole and facing incest charges when he cut off his ankle monitor.
Walters removed the monitor on Saturday. The department issued a post on Facebook saying they were actively searching for him and warned people he should not be approached. Walters is white, bald, and has tattoos on his neck.
