DETROIT (ADAMS) – A Detroit-based meat company is recalling approximately 167,000 pounds of ground beef products that may be contaminated with E.coli.
The Wolverine Packing Company says the products have a use-by date of November 12th and frozen products have a production date of October 22nd.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service says they have reports of 15 patients falling ill due to the products, which were shipped to restaurants nationwide.
