INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana’s ban on treatment for transgender Hoosiers under the age of 18 is being upheld by a federal appeals court.
The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals made a two-to-one decision Wednesday. This comes after the law took effect in February.
It prevents anyone under the age of 18 from using puberty blockers or hormones to transition.
