WASHINGTON D.C. (ADAMS) – The Healthy Indiana Plan that has provided health insurance to hundreds of thousands of people may be in jeopardy.
A federal judge has found fault with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ 2020 approval of parts of the system.
The Family and Social Services Administration is still reviewing the ruling.
