Kid Rock apparently gave a volatile, racially insensitive interview with Rolling Stone. According to writer David Peisner, Rock went on a tirade about immigration, repeatedly used the N-word, and at one point animatedly waved a gun in the air during the interview. The article states that Rock used racial slurs a number of times during their conversation, with Peisner sharing that Rock refers to his white butler by the racially charged nickname, “Uncle Tom.”
Peisner writes that after Rock downed a quick succession of drinks, “He was sitting in a dark leather chair, shouting at me about something or other, when he reaches behind the seat, pulls out a black handgun, and waves it around to make some sort of point.” Rock then shouted, “And I got a f–king g–damn gun right here if I need it! I got them everywhere!” A spokesperson for Rock has not released a comment on the article at this time. (Billboard)
