FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Fort Wayne Police Department says that there were dozens of witnesses present when someone shot three people at a strip mall at N. Clinton Street and E. Washington Center Road, on May 5 around 3 p.m. One of the victims was critically hurt.
Now, nearly two weeks later, police say they need witnesses to come forward.

The FWPD released the following:
On Sunday, 5/5/24, at approximately 0311 hours, the Fort Wayne Police Officers responded to a shooting investigation in the strip mall in the 6000 block of N. Clinton Street. During the incident, three total subjects were shot.
One victim sustained life-threatening injuries. There were dozens of witnesses present at the time of the shooting, and we need them to come forward.
