ALLEN CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Allen County Sheriff’s Department says that three people were hurt in a crash Saturday when a pickup truck failed to stop at a stop sign.
A press release said it happened just before 6 p.m. at State Road 101 at Lincoln Highway East.
When officers arrived, they found two cars were involved in the crash with three individuals appearing to be hurt.
The Allen County Sheriff’s Department says an investigation continues.

On May 11, 2024, at approximately 5:59 P.M., officers with the Allen County Sheriff’s Department responded to the area of State Road 101 at Lincoln Highway East, reference a personal injury crash. Upon arrival, officers and medics located two vehicles involved. Three individuals appeared to be injured.
A preliminary investigation indicated a passenger car was southbound on State Road 101 and a pickup truck was westbound on Lincoln Highway East. It appeared the pickup truck failed to yield at the stop sign and struck the passenger car.
The driver of the passenger car was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. The driver of the pickup truck was transported to a local hospital in serious condition. The passenger in the pickup truck was listed in fair condition.
This incident remains under investigation.
