STEUBEN CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana State Police (ISP) say that an Angola man is facing charges after an investigation uncovered evidence of child pornography.
Investigators with the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC), initiated a criminal investigation back in October of 2023 after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) regarding an online account that had been used to store and share child pornography.
The investigation revealed the owner of the online account to be Caleb Perry, 21, of Angola, IN.
ISP released the following:
After reviewing the results of the investigation, the Steuben County Prosecutor’s office issued a search warrant for Perry’s residence. Officers with ISP ICAC, ISP Fort Wayne Post, and the Angola Police Department served the search warrant on Perry’s person in addition to his residence on March 28, 2024. Multiple electronic devices were seized from the residence.
Mr. Perry was taken into custody at his residence without incident. He was booked into custody at the Steuben County Jail on related criminal charges.

Charges: (5) Counts of Possession of Child Pornography, Level 5 Felony
This remains an active criminal investigation. There is no further information to release.
ICAC Taskforce Investigators were assisted in this investigation by troopers from the Fort Wayne Post, Angola Police Department, and the Steuben County Prosecutor’s Office.
