Cancer Services has been serving Kosciusko and surrounding areas since 2006 Last year, 313 families in Kosciusko and surrounding areas found help and hope through the organization.
“Eighty years ago, Cancer Services was founded when a group of community leaders decided they couldn’t turn their backs on those struggling with cancer. We know that it’s a real burden for a family with cancer to travel to ort Wayne from Warsaw or another nearby town. We wanted to eliminate that barrier to accessing our services,” said Dianne May, President & CEO of Cancer Services
This expansion of services in Kosciusko and surrounding areas has been made possible by individual donors and local foundations The K21 Health Foundation and Kosciusko County Community Foundation have provided long-standing financial support and have played an integral role in making Cancer Services West a reality.
