INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Indiana lawmakers will again consider a bill that would codify antisemitism as discrimination.
House Bill 1037 passed unanimously in the House during the last legislative session but did not advance in the Senate. Indiana House Speaker Todd Huston says the measure will be a top priority for his caucus in the upcoming session.
If passed, the bill would define what is considered an antisemitic act in the Hoosier state.
